Project Vanderbilt | Full Service Interior Design Naples FL | Whole-Home Renovation

Featured in Naples Illustrated Magazine, Florida Design Magazine & a 2026 Seaglass Awards Honorable Mention in Small Space Design

When our clients relocated to Naples, they came with a clear vision: a home that felt coastal and livable, refined without feeling stiff. Located in North Naples, this whole-home renovation reimagined a dated residence into something personal, layered, and designed with longevity in mind.

Kate Killeen Design provided full service, white glove interior design, leading the project from concept through installation. In the west wing, the scope included a fully redesigned kitchen, butler’s pantry, breakfast nook, great room, and powder bath. In the east wing, the primary suite was rebuilt from the ground up — custom closets with a dedicated laundry area, a steam shower for four, a bar, and a fireplace that anchors the room. Throughout, natural textures, mixed metals, and carefully considered millwork give each space its own character while keeping the home cohesive from room to room.

The result is a home that feels collected rather than decorated — lighter, warmer, and nothing like the residence they walked into. Project Vanderbilt has been featured multiple times in Naples Illustrated Magazine and received a 2026 Seaglass Awards Honorable Mention in Small Space Design from Florida Design Magazine for its butler’s pantry.

Today, it’s exactly what they envisioned: a place to host, to unwind, and to settle into the Naples lifestyle they moved here for.
